If you are requesting a room + church zoom account, please go through the process for the room and again for the zoom account.

After verifying availability, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provide.


A Building Use Request can also be submitted using a Paper form (copies available in the Main Entrance Foyer & digital copy below).

To Submit the paper form:

  1. Email: communications@wpcslc.org

  2. Leave the form in the "incoming" mail basket in the main entrance foyer
