T H I S   S U N D A Y . . .

is our Thank You Pancake Breakfast!  I hope all youth and their dads can help out!  Dads, please send me a quick email ( if you plan to help so I know who I can count on!

Here is the plan:

Youth & Dads will flip pancakes in the main kitchen area and help set up Fellowship Hall.

10am - 11am
Each youth will host one table, serving orange juice and coffee to their table guests, sitting and talking with their table guests, and clearing plates.  Dads will serve pancakes.

clean up

This breakfast is a way for the youth to show their gratitude for all the ways the congregation supports them.  This year, the congregation approved a large budget for youth ministry, including $4000 to subsidize our summer trips.  Let's show them we are thankful!  It is also a great opportunity for them to know our youth better.

Please Note: Moms, if you try to help out, you will be turned away! ;)

Register by turning in a $150 deposit (check made out to Wasatch Presbyterian Church) by Sunday, May 20th

You may have noticed that I am looking for an additional adult to help me chaperone the Denver service (August 5-8) component of the trip.  Why yes, I am!

Chaperoning a trip is an amazing opportunity to get to know our junior high and high school kids on a deeper level.  Serving together bonds groups together in incredible ways.  I am looking for a trusted adult who will be flexible, kind, fun and helpful.  It would be great to have a male chaperone so that the boys have an adult in their sleeping room.  If you might consider chaperoning, I would love to talk to you more about what it would look like. Please contact me so we can set up a time to talk.
