Brunch

This involves preparing a weekend brunch on the last Saturday and Sunday of the week the families are with us. The families sleep in these days and so can the volunteer. The idea is to provide a treat for brunch, i.e. casserole, pancakes, French toast, juice and coffee starting around 9:00 in the morning and lasting until about 11:00. With cooking, set up and clean up count on about 2 hours.
