Gym Supervisor

This volunteer position provides oversight of use of the gym when families have children old enough to play in the gym.  Because it is not known until several days before the families arrive what the family makeup will be, it is possible that there will not be a need for this position some weeks. The ideal volunteer for this slot would be flexible in understanding that the need for this position may not exist some weeks. In addition, the volunteer would be someone who would be able to take part in play activities such as, basketball for older kids, kick-ball for younger children, etc. The key is the ability to, as necessary; provide oversight of the kids’ use of the gym to protect the facility from damage from overly enthusiastic play. The time slots that are applicable to this position are weekday evenings, The first Sunday evening and several slots throughout the day on the Saturday that the families are with us.
