FAMILY FUN NIGHT - TONIGHT!!
CM families, join us for dinner, games and fellowship at 6:00 p.m. in the Loft. Huge welcome back to Hilary on her first day back from maternity leave! Also, enormous thanks to Stasha Lewis for covering while Hilary loved and cared for her sweet Hanna. Please share our love and gratitude with both these wonderful ladies.
Tomorrow (3/2) 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Paul Hewitt will share his knowledge of all things Air Force with the Youth as they head to Hill Aerospace Museum.
CHIANG MAI CHRISTIAN SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP FUND OFFERING
This Sunday (3/3), at both worship services this offering will be received. Envelopes are available in the pews.
MARDI GRAS AND ASH WEDNESDAY
Join in the annual WPC fun of celebrating Fat Tuesday on March 5th at 6:00 p.m.! All ages are invited to come for a raucous evening of pancakes and bacon, as well as music, dancing, beads and collaborative art. We’ll wrap the revelry with a short devotion to begin the season of Lent. Our Ash Wednesday service on March 6th will begin with a simple soup supper at 6:00.
Sign-up clipboards are available for both events in Fellowship Hall during Coffee Hour. Both events need folks to help clean up after, but we also need help at Mardi Gras making pancakes and on Ash Wednesday there’s need for pots of soup.
REDEMPTION SONG, A SERIES FOR LENT
Redemption is God’s doing, so leading up to our remembrance of the cross and the resurrection of Jesus, we will focus on the story of redemption found throughout the narrative of Scripture. God’s story is a story of redemption, unfolding in lives, families, and nations through the millennia. These six sermons delivered by Pastor Scott begin on March 10 with one entitled, “A Strange Romance."
