Wasatch is hopping this weekend!  What a blessing it is to have our beautiful building and surroundings utilized for so many wonderful events and by so many people.  Community is truly a life giving gift!  Tomorrow we have two fundraisers happening:

Come support the Sudanese community at their Rummage Sale from 8:00 - 2:00 p.m. in the Gym.  You will find lots of quality house ware items, clothes and small pieces of furniture.  There will also be a boutique of handcrafted items.  The sale continues on Sunday from 8:00 - 2:00 p.m. as well.

While you stop by for some shopping you can get your car washed!  Bring your dirty cars to our parking lot between 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. for the youth to wash.  The Youth are asking for donations to fund their summer rafting trip (suggested donation of $10 or more).  Come put them to work and support their summer events!

Sunday, July 14 at 11:30 a.m. in the Loft.  This is a mandatory meeting for all youth participants and their parents.  If you are not able to attend, please contact Dawn right away.

Our next hosting opportunity is coming up July 28 - August 4.  We have the blessing to help some families who may not be having a good year.  To sign up online, click here.  You can also sign up in person during coffee hour on July 14 or 21.

Next Tuesday, July 16 we’ll meet at 8:00 p.m. at the Sugarhouse Pub.  See you there!

Friday, July 19 at 7:00 p.m. we will be discussing I'm Fine & Neither are You by Camille Pagan over appetizers and wine at Dawn Fleishman's house.  Please     contact Dawn at dfleishman@wpcslc.org if you plan to come.

Join us each Sunday during the Summer from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m., in room 116 for a class on “Manifesting God within and around through prayer, meditation, sacred readings and mindfulness.”

Each Sunday throughout the summer, anyone who wishes to sing in the choir for that Sunday's service is invited to come to the choir room for a short rehearsal at 9:30 a.m. to learn the anthem for the day.  The music is straightforward and fun!  Please consider joining the summer choir when you can.

The Youth had such great feedback on our "Good Human" youth service trip t-shirts that we have decided to sell them to the entire congregation!  T-shirts may be purchased for $20 after worship on SUNDAY.

It happens to everyone, you’re enjoying the postlude and soaking up the energy of worship when you leave behind your cell phone, a notebook, bracelet or favorite travel mug.  We keep lost items on the main level, by the reception desk.  Items of value (cell phones and jewelry) are kept safe and need a staff member’s help to access.  If you find something, please bring it to the main office lost and found.

Stay connected over the summer with WPC Children's Ministry!  Our theme for Camp Wasatch was Celebrating God's Creation, and whether or not you were part of Camp Wasatch, you can share your summer celebrations in God's Creation with CM!  There are photo cards in the Fellowship Hall for everyone to take with you on your summer adventures and take photos with them.  Send them to Hilary or post them with #anillustratedearth so we can stay connected all summer long!

Last Chance!  If you have children birth-6th grade, PLEASE take a few moments to answer some survey questions about Children's Ministry, to help Hilary plan for the upcoming year.  You can access the survey here, or email hlambert@wpcslc.org for a copy.  Thanks!
