Our recently upgraded sanctuary organ will be featured in the annual Bagby Memorial Concert on Monday, January 28th, at 7:00 p.m. Dr. Kenneth Udy will perform as organ soloist with the Young Artist Chamber Players, a string orchestra of high school honor students under the baton of Jack Ashton, in the Western U.S. premiere of the Organ Concerto in A Minor by French-Canadian composer, Denis Bédard. The brilliant five-movement work showcases the new effects and sounds now available on our organ. Please mark your calendars now and plan to attend this special event.

ADULT EDUCATION WEEKDAY CLASS
Come join us to explore New Ways To Read The Bible, each Monday from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in RM 355. We’ll be focusing on Jesus and first century life, the gospel of John, and the differences between fundamentalism and progressive Christianity. How we think about God, Jesus and the Bible matters greatly. As the Ringling Brothers said, “Come to be amazed!”
Our confirmands will meet for dinner and discussion this Monday, January 14th from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. in the Loft. See you there!
WOMEN’S TUESDAY 10:00 A.M. BIBLE STUDY (FELLOWSHIP HALL)
A new book begins this coming Tuesday, (Shepherd’s Notes: Peter I, II and Jude). Come and join in study, discussion and fellowship; all are welcome, bring a bible or we have some to share.
Moms of Preschoolers will gather on Wednesday, January 16th, from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.
Sunday, January 27th to Sunday, February 3rd is our next hosting week and we have the blessing to provide for some folks who may not be having a good year. Please check your schedules and sign up online to help, or you can sign up in person with Tom Mitchell or Alysia Harris at both coffee hours the next three Sundays.
BOX TOPS COLLECTION
Please save your box tops and put them in the PW box upstairs or in the clear box in the church office. Look for the logo printed on all kinds of grocery items. They’ll go to a Presbyterian School for boys called the Goodland Academy in Hugo, Oklahoma. This collection runs all year long.
