FAMILY PROMISE IS COMING
We are gearing up for our next Family Promise week May 20th - 27th. We anticipate a harder time filling volunteer slots over the holiday weekend, so if you are going to be free, please sign up by contacting Luana at Uluave@gmail.com or going to the church website www.wpcslc.org and clicking on the Service tab. Also, we are looking for a few brave souls to join the core team of Family Promise volunteer organizers. This is a very fulfilling experience and great way to be of service to others. If you’re interested, contact Allison at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SECOND SUNDAY BRUNCH
Each month during summer, Congregational Life asks committees at Wasatch to host the Second Sunday Brunch. It’s a great way to reach out to the congregation and make your group more available. If we do not have committees to host then we will forego having brunch this year. Please email email@example.com to host.
Camp will be June 13th-15th from 6-7:30 p.m. each night. Camp Wasatch is a 3-day VBS style camp for 3 year olds to 3rd graders. The theme this year is “Fruits of the Spirit”.
Time to get ready for camp! 3rd & 4th graders will attend June 24th - 27th and 5th & 6th graders will go July 8th - 13th. Camp Tuttle is a fun overnight camp up Big Cottonwood Canyon. Contact Hilary for cost details and subsidy provided by WPC for
all kids attending from our congregation. Those interested need to register by April 30th.
